GMS Management Solutions (hereafter referred to as "MS" or the "Company") and the companies in its group (hereafter referred to as “MS Group”, alongside with MS) are responsible for the processing of your personal data. This policy provides information on how the Company and the MS Group will use the personal data of any participant at a cultural, solidarity or sports event sponsored in any way by the Company and the MS Group, in which the participant applies to participate.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"). If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact MS via the following address: privacy@managementsolutions.com.
2. General information: description of the information in the privacy policy
In this privacy policy, you will find a table identifying the following information for each of the different data processing categories performed by the Company and the MS Group:
- The purposes of processing your personal data, i.e. the reason why MS processes your personal data.
- The legal basis enabling MS and the MS Group to process your data for each of the stated purposes
- The possibility of sharing your data with third parties, as well as the reason for doing so. In this regard, we inform you that we will not share your personal data with third parties unless there is a legal obligation, or when necessary for your attendance or participation in an event you have applied to. On the other hand, the processors of the Company and the MS Group, that is, the service providers who may need to access your personal data for the development of their functions, may have access to your personal information. Service providers who access your personal data are generally engaged in the information and technology systems sectors. The table below displays any other sector to which the Company and MS Group service providers with access to your personal data belong.

3. Detailed information of the processing of data by the Company and the MS Group

4. Exercise of your rights
We inform you that you can exercise the following rights:
- (i) right of access to your personal data in order for you to know which data are being processed and the processing operations they are being subject to;
- (ii) right to rectify any personal data that might be inaccurate;
- (iii) right to delete your personal data, if this is possible;
- (iv) right to request limitations on the processing of your personal data when the data processing accuracy, lawfulness or need is doubtful, in which case we shall be able to keep the data for the purpose of dealing with or defending any potential claims;
- (v) right to oppose the processing of your personal data, when the legal basis that enables us to process the data is a legitimate interest as shown in the table above. MS will stop processing your data unless it has an overriding legitimate interest, or does so in order to formulate, file, or defend claims;
- (vi) right to revoke your consent at any time.
You may exercise your rights free of charge at any time by sending an email to privacy@managementsolutions.com indicating the right you wish to exercise together with your identification details.
We inform you that you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection if you believe that there has been a breach of the General Data Protection Regulation with respect to the processing of your personal data.
