We inform you that the website with URL (hereinafter, the "Website" or "Site") is owned and managed by GMS Management Solutions, SL (hereinafter "MS" or “Management Solutions”, used interchangeably), with registered office at Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso 1, Torre Picasso, 28020, Madrid, Spain. In view of the above, the Website shall be governed by the provisions of the applicable Spanish legislation, and, among others, by the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “LOPD”).

2. Content of our Privacy Policy 

2.1 Acceptance of our Privacy Policy 

Access to and use of our Website by the user (hereinafter the "User") implies that the user fully accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy and the Site’s Terms of Use. The provision of Site services has a limited duration when a user first connects to the Site or to any of the services provided through the Site. Therefore, users must carefully read this Privacy Policy every time they intend to use our Site, since it may be modified.

2.2 Description of data processing carried out through the Website

In compliance with the provisions of the Spanish Data Protection Act ("LOPD") 15/1999, of December 13, we inform the user that the data collected through any of the data collection forms on our website will be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which MS is responsible.

MS will use your personal details in order to, among other things, deal with your request for information through the contact form, assess your application for a position with MS, as well as for the fulfillment, maintenance, development and control of the relationship you establish with MS and for sending business communications that may form part of the service requested by the User.

Also, one of the purposes for which MS may use your personal data will be to establish contacts with potential customers who may be interested in its specialized professional services, to offer them our services and provide information about them. Consent for the processing of data for the purpose described in the previous section shall be considered to have been granted through acceptance of this Privacy Policy, by choosing the option ACCEPT which is provided after each data request form. In order to respond to your request or inquiry, it may be necessary for your personal data to be communicated by MS to other offices in our Group. All offices in our Group can be consulted at all times in the Where We Are section on the Website or by clicking here. All offices are engaged in the same consulting services provision activity which is MS’s business, and are located in other countries that may offer a level personal data protection not comparable to that of Spain.

2.4. Transfer of CV information

We inform you that by completing the form "Send your CV" you expressly agree that your data may be transferred to companies belonging to the MS Group of Companies in order to be considered for any of the jobs offered by them which may fit your professional profile. In this regard, please note that these companies are established in other countries that may offer a level of personal data protection not comparable to that of Spain. We also inform you that your CV will be kept for selection processes currently underway, as well as those that could be conducted in the future.

MS has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the safety of your data and to prevent their alteration, loss, or unauthorized access or processing, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, all in compliance with the provisions of Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD) development regulations.
