At Management Solutions, we have a clearly defined career plan where professional growth is based on merit. Our model of professional development recognizes both individual and collective achievements as key drivers of each consultant's progress.

From the moment they join the Firm, all consultants progress through our pyramid according to their merits, taking on new responsibilities and passing on their previous ones to the next intake of consultants.
This annual promotion system ensures continuous development and allows each professional to become a partner of the Firm within 13 to 16 years, depending on their achievements.
Mentoring program: the role of the mentor
At Management Solutions we are committed to listening to and guiding our professionals and trying to align their concerns with the Firm's needs.
To this end, we implement a mentoring program for all the Firm's professionals, with biannual meetings to identify their concerns, offer guidance, and support their professional development as much as possible.
Continuous training
At Management Solutions, we place special emphasis on the ongoing training of our professionals. Consultants at the Firm have access to extensive training opportunities throughout their careers, with up to 600 hours of training in the first two years. Through our training courses, regulated programs for each professional category, and specific skills development workshops, we provide the best opportunities to expand knowledge and enhance professional growth.
We onboard professionals with a wide variety of academic backgrounds; therefore, professional life at Management Solutions begins with a specific induction course, aimed at ensuring a solid, common knowledge base to effectively tackle the new challenges and responsibilities that our professionals will assume right from the start.
Training plan
The training plan covers more than 130 training courses and 375,000 hours of training per year. Its structure, content, and training hours are based on areas of knowledge and adapted to local needs and realities.
The content is linked to the needs of consultants according to their career development, including technical training, skills, external certifications, and languages.
The training plan is structured into knowledge chairs, associated with the Firm's management areas and complemented by additional voluntary courses.

Volunteering, sports and benefits
Social Action
Management Solutions created its Social Action group in 2005, at the initiative of its professionals, with the goal of addressing social needs in the countries where we operate through solidarity activities.
Since its creation, our volunteers have carried out numerous activities in collaboration with various NGOs and charities.
The role of the Firm's Social Action group is to present different types of solidarity projects and initiatives to those professionals who wish to participate, and to support their commitment and dedication, enabling us to generate a greater positive impact on society together.
Each year, more than 2,000 professionals participate in the tournaments and activities organized by our Sports Club, an initiative launched by the Firm to promote healthy habits and foster team spirit.
The objective of the Sports Club is to encourage and facilitate the practice of sports that interest our professionals, including soccer, basketball, padel tennis, tennis, beach tennis, beach volleyball, pickleball, chess, golf, athletics, and more. This is achieved through internal championships and sponsorship of participation in external inter-company competitions – many of which are also focused on good causes.
Through sports, we also aim to promote the Firm’s values, such as self-improvement, teamwork, achieving common goals, and personal fulfillment.
