The Social Impact Chair, created by Comillas Pontifical University, Open Value Foundation, Fundación Repsol and Management Solutions, is organizing a roundtable webinar on the topic of ”the right talent for the right impact”, to be held on June 9th
The need for organizations to create and manage social impact requires new professional profiles, together with new ways of facing challenges and combining positive financial results with good environmental performance, diversity management, caring for people, and supporting SDGs and the 2030 Agenda.
The webinar's open discussion will be moderated by Beatriz Delfa, Social Impact Chair researcher, and will feature Esther María Pérez, Deputy Director-General for Inclusion Policies at the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration; Diego Zamorano, Head of Corporate Responsibility at Sacyr; Jorge Cattaneo, Deputy Director and CIO of Ayuda en Acción; and María Cruz Conde, Co-Director at Open Value Foundation.
