This policy provides information on how the Company and MS Group will use personal data obtained through the App. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"). 2. Required information and need to keep it updated
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided are mandatory, so that failure to complete any of them could prevent us from being able to provide the requested services. The information you provide must be truthful, and you may not use aliases or any other means to hide your identity, except in those cases where the form expressly requests you to create a username, nickname or alias.
When creating user names or access codes, or providing any data that you may be required to submit in the different forms available, you may not choose expressions or sets of words and graphics that are foul, abusive, coincide with trademarks, commercial names, commercial establishment signs, company names, advertising expressions, names or pseudonyms of public or famous personalities for which use it is not authorized, and which are, in general, contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and generally accepted behavior.
It is essential that you keep at all times the reference numbers, passwords and access codes that you create or that are provided to you. You will be solely responsible for any use, authorized or not, of your personal account, and in this sense you agree to make diligent use of such information, not to make it available to third parties, and to report its loss or theft.
In order for the information provided to always be up-to-date and not contain errors, you must inform MS of any changes and amendments to your personal data as soon as they take place, by updating your personal data in the App’s private data area.
By clicking on the "I accept" button (or equivalent) included in the aforementioned forms, you declare that the information and the data you have provided in them are accurate and truthful.
3. Why do we process your personal data?
The Company processes your personal data in order to manage your registration in the App with the purpose of keeping you informed about regulatory publications that may be of interest to you and sending you regulatory alerts. It will also be processed in order to send you business communications by MS and/or the MS Group through any means. These may include industry reports and regulatory notes.

We process your personal data on the legitimating basis of your consent at the time you register
5. Which recipients do we share your personal data with?
For the purpose of keeping you informed about regulatory publications and regulatory alerts through the App we do not share your personal data with third parties, and none of the Company’s service providers will have access to your personal data. We also inform you that we will not make any international transfers of your personal data.
For the purpose of sending you business communications by MS and/or the MS Group we do not share your personal data with third parties. The types of service providers that could have access to your data are courier companies.
6. How long will we keep your personal data for?
For the purpose of keeping you informed about regulatory publications and regulatory alerts through the App we will process your personal data while you remain registered in the App, i.e. until you revoke your consent. If you remove the App, we will keep your personal data during the period prescribed by law for the fulfillment of any obligations that the Company may incur.
For the purpose of sending you business communications by MS and/or the MS Group we will process your personal data until you revoke your consent. From the moment you revoke your consent, we will keep your personal data during the period prescribed by law for the fulfillment of any obligations that the Company may incur.
7. What are your rights?
We inform you that you can exercise the following rights:
- right of access to your personal data in order for you to know which data are being processed and the processing operations being performed with such data;
- right to rectify any personal data that might be inaccurate;
- right to delete your personal data, if this is possible;
- right to request limitations on the processing of your personal data when the data processing accuracy, lawfulness or need is doubtful, in which case we shall be able to keep the data for the purpose of dealing with or defending any potential claims;
- right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process the data is the existence of a contractual relationship or your consent as shown in the table above; and
- right to revoke your consent.

We would also like to inform you that you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection if you believe that there has been a breach of the General Data Protection Regulation with respect to the processing of your personal data.
