Management Solutions sponsored the 13th edition of the Italy Insurance Forum, organized by iKN Italy

Held in Milan at the NH Congress Centre and attended by more than 150 speakers and 800 participants, the event—one of the insurance industry’s leading forums—analyzed the main trends shaping a sector undergoing constant transformation. 

This year’s edition focused on the integration of AI across insurers’ various business lines and its future evolution, as well as the growing importance of private health insurance, which is expected to become the leading line of business in the medium term despite the challenges surrounding public-private collaboration. Other topics discussed included digitalization in life insurance, the customer experience, and efficiency in claims processing.
