Management Solutions participated as a guest firm, along with a small group of professional services firms, in the Middle East Conference on Operational Excellence held in Riyadh, which aims to accelerate the transformation of the country and the implementation of its ambitious 2030 agenda, with the involvement of the best professionals and firms in the world.
David Coca, partner at the Firm, took part in a debate on the role that consulting can play in the country´s transformational process. Similarly, Ana Díaz Tuya, also a partner at the Firm, gave a conference entitled "Operational Excellence Unleashed: a blue print for success", which included the keys to undertaking transformation projects.
During the two days of the conference, Management Solutions had the opportunity to participate in various events and interact with a broad representation of the business world in Arab countries, including important figures from the public administration, executives from local companies and sovereign wealth funds, professionals and even academia.
