Management Solutions participated as a sponsor in the 6th edition of Risk Nordics, an event dedicated to risk management in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The event aims to bring together banks, funds and insurers to share how they mitigate emerging risks and meet regulatory requirements.
Under the title "The Artificial Intelligence Law: Implications for the banking sector", Management Solutions' partner Javier Calvo presented the Artificial Intelligence Act and how it will govern the use of AI, the ECB's position on this new regulation, the obligations for providers of high-risk AI systems and the implications for European banks.
