Special Intervention Plan for Youth in Valencia
The Princess of Girona Foundation has presented the impact report of the Special Intervention Plan for Youth in Valencia, an initiative led by the Foundation in collaboration with public administrations, social organizations, and firms such as Management Solutions, with the aim of contributing to the social, educational, and emotional recovery of municipalities affected by the DANA storm
The Plan has mobilized more than 8,000 young people, provided support to nearly 2,000 individuals through a psychosocial support network, and assisted 18 educational centers in the province of Valencia. The initiative was structured around four key areas of action: support for educational centers, promotion of purpose-driven youth entrepreneurship, emotional well-being support, and visibility of young talent, contributing comprehensively to the recovery of the youth ecosystem. With an investment of approximately €1.5 million, the Plan has generated an estimated social impact of €12.3 million, multiplying the value of the initial investment by 8.4.
Management Solutions, a trustee of the Foundation, supported the Plan from its launch through financial contributions. Mr. Miguel Ángel Poblet, partner at the Firm and member of the Plan's monitoring committee, attended the event held at the community space “La Casa Oberta" in Benetússer, conceived as a symbol of collective reconstruction and social revitalization of the area, and one of the main legacies of the Plan.
