The Social Impact Academic Chair, set up by Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Open Value Foundation, Fundación Repsol and Management Solutions, presented its first whitepaper entitled 'The integration of ESG principles in the value chain. From reporting to social impact'

 

The first publication by the Social Impact Chair is a thesis on the different forms of integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in the strategy of organizations. Through illustrative examples, the publication reviews best practices for transforming business processes towards sustainability throughout the different stages in the organization’s value chain (download document - available in spanish-).

During the event, Ms. Soledad Díaz-Noriega, Partner at Management Solutions, presented the whitepaper and its main conclusions. The event will also be addressed by Ms. Mª Teresa Corzo, Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences; Mr. Carlos Ballesteros, Director of the Social Impact Chair at ICADE; Mr. José Mª Bolufer, Manager for Responsible Business and Sustainable Innovation at Telefónica, and Ms. María José Gálvez, Director of Sustainability at Bankia and Vice President of SPAINSIF. Mr. Alfonso Serrano-Suñer, President of Management Solutions, will close the event, was streamed live from Comillas Pontifical University.
