2025 Business Problem Modeling Competition

Management Solutions sponsored one of the prizes in the Business Problem Modeling Competition, an event organized by the Faculty of Mathematics at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), which this year also wanted to recognize the Firm's support for this initiative in recent years

The Faculty of Mathematical Sciences at the UCM, in collaboration with various companies, organized the Business Problem Modeling Competition, in which students tackled business development problems using mathematical methods within the field of machine learning. The prize sponsored by Management Solutions, which included a cash award, went to the team made up of Mr. Álvaro Pérez and Mr. Francisco Javier Huertas for their solution to the problem “Intro RAG Bake-Off for Technical Q&A". Mr. Alejandro Domínguez received the runner-up prize for the quality of his solution to the same problem, recognizing his excellent performance in the analysis and modeling of the case.

During the awards ceremony, Ms. Adriana Montejano, Manager at Management Solutions, and Mr. Sergio Ruiz, Supervisor at the Firm, received from Mr. Antonio Brú, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences at UCM, a special recognition awarded to Management Solutions for its ongoing support for this academic initiative in recent years, its commitment to the Faculty, and its efforts to promote university talent in business problem modeling and analysis.
