Risk Week at Banco Pichincha Ecuador

Management Solutions supports Banco Pichincha in promoting a culture of risk management and collaborated in organizing Risk Week, a series of training presentations focused on current challenges and trends in risk management within the financial sector, which brought together employees from all areas and levels of the organization

Management Solutions assisted the Bank in organizing and developing this initiative, aimed at strengthening the strategic and technical capabilities of its teams in an increasingly dynamic and challenging environment. During the sessions, participants explored both traditional risks and emerging risks arising from digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, GenAI, and AgenticAI.

The initiative featured speakers from Management Solutions on different days, including partners Vanesa Eirin and Josep Rotés, who specialize in managing different types of risks, as well as Juan Manuel López and Valeria Lauriente, director and manager at Management Solutions, respectively. It strengthened the bank's strategic and technical capabilities in an increasingly dynamic and challenging financial environment, reinforcing the joint commitment to best practices in risk management and control.
