"Creating our own Project" is a program run by Créate Foundation, of which Management Solutions is a founding sponsor. This project aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among mostly primary and secondary school students in the Madrid metropolitan region through the teaching of a subject involving the creation of a fictitious company. The program ends with Expokids, an event during which participating students present their work have to sell their products or obtain funding from "investors".
Management Solutions became involved with the program once again this year. In April and May, our professionals shared a number of sessions with several student groups in order to advise them on different aspects relating to their projects. As one the event's sponsors, the Firm also took part in Expokids, and Cristina López, our Head of HR, handed the award for the most socially aware project. Also, some of our professionals were on the panel of judges for the awards.
