Centro de Cooperación Interbancaria - CCI, which is composed of 130 entities (banks, savings banks, rural savings banks and other deposit institutions), held its ninth annual Observatory at the Bank of Spain's conference hall. On this occasion, the Observatory took place in two parts: one dedicated to the global payments situation, and another focused on the new tools and services that are evolving traditional banking. The presentations focused on the future of cash, innovation in payments and new tools (blockchain) applied to payments, as well as data management, outsourcing to the cloud and AI applied to processes.
