The workshop, jointly organized by Management Solutions and ACREFI, aimed to share key trends and challenges in both IFRS 9 and the Brazilian Data Protection Regulation (LGPD) approved in August last year.
The workshop presentations, given by Management Solutions professionals with expertise in this area, shared the Firm's experience in IFRS 9 implementation at the international level, with particular emphasis on the challenges that this could pose for institutions present in Brazil, and examined the key operational impacts of the new General Data Protection Regulation on systems and processes at the level of both strategy and governance.
