Management Solutions sponsored and participated as a speaker at the LACADI 2023 Regional Meeting on Climate Risks held in Cartagena, Colombia, which was attended by more than 100 representatives of insurers and pension funds, regulators and sustainable finance experts from Latin America
The event, organized by the Latin American Climate Assets Disclosure Initiative (LACADI), addressed various climate risk management-related topics such as green finance, disclosure challenges (TCFD and ISSB), portfolio diversification, etc.
In their presentations, Matias Cajiao, Insurance Industry Partner at Management Solutions, and Lina Deaza, Sustainability and Climate Risk Management practice manager at our Colombia office, shared experiences on methodologies for measuring the financial impact of transition and physical risks in insurance and financial institutions.
